We know, we know… Most people want to take walls down to create an “open concept”. However, in this situation, my client’s kids were creating an environment where it was difficult to get any work done from home. To solve their problem, we closed in this area at the front of the house, sound proofing the walls, to provide a quiet spot to get their work done. For an extra added touch, we included a window that looks into the office from the stair landing.
