Here, we removed 2 load bearing walls to take what was a tiny, closed off kitchen and converted it into a practical, usable space with all new custom cabinets and a huge dark walnut butcher block island complete with seating for 4, perfect for hosting. The existing maple floors were sanded down and refinished, providing a brand new, beautiful floor at a great price point.
