Here, we executed a complete overhaul of the existing ensuite bathroom. The door was moved from the middle of the bathroom wall to the corner, a much more practical location. Then the vanity was moved next to the new door location. We flipped the orientation of the toilet, making it much more useable and less out of place. We eliminated the old, outdated jacuzzi tub and installed a beautiful new freestanding tub with floor-mounted tub spout. Next to this, we built a curbless, doorless walk-in shower with a single pane of floor to ceiling clear glass. All new electrical, including dimmable potlights, wall-mounted sconces, dimmer switches on all lighting, and a timer switch for the fan were included. To spare no details, we upgraded the exhaust fan to a high CFM fan, complete with new 6″ ductwork exhausting through the roof and to the exterior. Needless to say, the clients were thrilled with the finished product!
